
Sam Solis Fitness Studio offers: weight training, resistance bands, physio ball, bosu ball, aerobic conditioning, pilates, flexibility training, kickboxing, self-defense training, martial arts training, group boot camp classes, and corporate groups.
Since Sam is also a registered massage therapist, you can set up an appointment for a relaxing or therapeutic massage. Sam will travel to your office and teach group self-defense classes or a group fitness class.
